Damn. This place is legit. We got the 2 different turkey sandwiches (the pct and the gobbler) and they were absolutely amazing. We will be back to try each item on the menu. Definitely the best sandwich I’ve had on Alberta.

An absolute banger of a sandwich food truck in Portland. At first I was a lil bummed out about the longer wait after ordering but I would wait twice as long after trying the Big Dom for the first time. Incredible flavor and the breading was perfect. Service was super kind

I’d been trying to visit Walter French’s for a while now. First, they were closed. Then, they moved. Then, they were closed again. FINALLY, they were open and I got to try one of their sandwiches. It was absolutely worth the wait! The Mama Fratelli was quite possibly the best sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. It was a perfect balance of sweet, savory, spicy and meaty. Unfortunately, I had to get it without the fresh mozzarella, but it may be worth the excruciating pain to try this sandwich in its full glory next time.

Delicious veggie sandwich! A perfect, simple, no frills sandwich packed with good cheese and fresh vegetables. Also the price was very reasonable. I will be back soon and often.

Solid sandwiches with good ingredients. Dom ⭐⭐⭐⭐ - a classic sandwich but not my favorite - didn't love the peppers despite loving spicy food ordinarily Gobbler ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - love the sweet flavor - everything just complements each other

quite possibly the best BLT I’ve ever had, no need to add anything just order as is. Sandwiches take about 20 mins and they’re busy so plan accordingly. They are also a little on the pricey side but worth every penny. They have a heated tent but you can also bring your food over to Bye and Bye next door and enjoy their very warm expansive patio. If you’re looking for the best sandwich in N/NE Portland, look no further!

This place has the BEST BLT I have ever had! They must spread a bit of sunshine on that bread! The other sandwiches are great, as well, don’t get me wrong. But, this BLT has me day dreaming about my next one.
